Dr. Jake Caldwell, DPT, CFMT, CSCS, RKC
Jake is a physical therapist, Certified Functional Manual Therapist, Residency Director, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor and owner of Primitive Therapy. Jake earned three bachelors degrees from the University of California at San Diego in Biology, Psychology, and History and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, CA. He has since earned an advanced certification in manual therapy and currently is a Residency Director teaching manual therapy to other therapists.
Dr. Erin Carr, DPT
Erin is a physical therapist, earning her Doctorate at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific majoring in Sport Sciences with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. Erin has been a competitive swimmer since the age of 9 and swam as a member of the UOP women’s Division I swim team. Aside from swimming and physical therapy, Erin also has a passion for yoga and pilates with goals of certifications in both. Erin continues to expand her physical therapy knowledge taking continuing education classes from the Barral Institute and the Center for IMT.
