Primitive Therapy

We charge $200 per session with a 50% discount for people paying at the time of service with cash, check, or debit/credit card. Sessions are approximately 30 minutes with a physical therapist and last approximately 60 minutes including exercise time.

We accept most private insurances (PPO) and are network providers for Medicare and Blue Shield. We do not accept HMO insurance. We bill your insurance as a courtesy. Please understand that you are ultimately responsible for payment. We normally do not have difficulty receiving payment from insurance companies, but there is no guarantee. Please call your insurance to verify your physical therapy benefits, deductible, and co-payment so that there are no surprises. To save themselves money, insurance companies will often recommend that you go to a network provider for treatment. If we are not network providers for your insurance, we will work with you to ensure treatment is affordable for you. We can almost always find a way to make treatment affordable for our patients. We submit insurance claims once per week. It takes at least 30 days for most insurance companies to respond. At that time, you will be billed for any remaining balance.
